Electrical lead for the refurbishment of one of Sydney’s landmark heritage commercial buildings in the city. The project entailed comprehensive refurbishment and upgrade to current standards 20,000m² commercial offices over Commonwealth Bank of Australia’s heritage banking chambers. Stage 1 early works included segregation of power supplies to the banking chambers to allow the bank to remain operational while the remainder of the building was refurbished. Stage 2 involved the complete refurbishment of the commercial office space above to PCA ‘A’ grade quality and 6 Star Green Star rating.
