Electrical lead for the new 23 floor mixed development iconic building comprising of office space, retail and restaurant spaces with a Net Lettable area of 50,000m2 overlooking Al Raha beach in Abu Dhabi.
The design complied with the British Standards, National Fire Protection Association (NFPA), UAE Civil Defense Requirements, and Abu Dhabi Electricity Supply Authority (ADDC) requirements.
Key challenges included liaison with the architects and contractors in Abu Dhabi, which undertaking the majority of the design from Sydney, and communicating the design requirements to the local contractors.
