Design Stages: Concept, Scheme, Detailed Design. Construction Supervision and Peer Review of tenancy fitouts

Providing all building solutions for this new development. The project includes the demolition of two existing buildings, refurbishment of lower level retail areas, refurbishment of a 14-storey heritage building and construction of a new 29-storey office tower over Wynyard Station with concourse levels linking into Wynyard Station, one of the largest transport nodes in Sydney. The scheme comprises of 60,000m² of commercial office and 10,000m² of heritage refurbishment to achieve PCA ‘Premium Grade’ and 5 Star Green Star.  The project involves close collaboration with TfNSW and compliance with TfNSW Standards.
